Synopsis

“ADAO – Fora de Portas” is the name of the exhibition featuring works by the ADAO Association’s collective of resident artists.

This exhibition brings together a set of artistic pieces that reflect the construction and constant dynamics of a space like ADAO, a place that is a creative patchwork, open to multiple ways of thinking and doing. If the space in which it is established, in its genesis, was the hostel of a structure that aimed to ensure social security, fighting against and annulling the possibilities of geographical combustion, we could say that by paradox, one of its intentions will be to “ignite” and make artistic thought cultural fuel and with its production and dissemination illuminate the interest of communities.

Bands

When The Roses Die is the new project from David Wolf, music producer for bands such as She Pleasures HerSelf, Uni_form, ((ASA)), Sweet Nico, WOLFX, When the angels breathe and video clip director at Moopie Audiovisuals. His new alter Ego is about the love experiences of his life. It’s an intense record about love and love relationships taken to the extreme.

PISTA are three: Bruno Afonso on drums, Claudio Fernandes and Ernesto Vitali on guitars. The genesis of this band from Barreiro came about by combining bicycles with music, but now the ride is different. It’s upbeat, tropical rock, a celebration that promises to bring the warmth of summer to the rest of the seasons. The band has an EP (“Pista”) and two LPs, the debut, “Bamboleio”, and “Ocreza” later on.
