After a first semester crossing continents, 800 Gondomar arrive at LAC to set the stage on fire with their raw and contagious intensity. Hailing from Rio Tinto, these veterans of the national underground bring noisy, uncompromising garage rock, seasoned with a peculiar revivalism that harks back to both the suburbs of the present and the screams of the past.
The band’s energy is visceral: chaotic performances, razor-sharp lyrics and an unwavering commitment to their suburban identity, which they turn into a universal symbol of belonging and criticism. Songs with clenched fists and maximum distortion, which live become authentic rituals of collective liberation.
After a five-year hiatus, 800 Gondomar made a strong comeback in 2024 with São Gunão, their second album, and in 2025 they have already completed an 18-date Japanese tour and an African tour that has cemented their status as an unstoppable phenomenon. At LAC, expect bodies in motion and hearts racing.
