Synopsis

Botanical printing is a technique that combines textile art with sustainability, making it a moment of slow living where we learn to value natural resources.

In this experimental workshop, we will discover the seasonal plants that surround us and reveal their natural colors printed on a unique and exclusive cotton bag.

Biography

Helena Pedro is an environmental educator, fascinated by plants and a recent artisan. She adds color to children’s clothing with natural dyeing and botanical printing techniques. She created the Foraging Colours brand with the aim of bringing pigments to children, schools, and families. It is through this that her fascination with plants has grown, reflecting its essence in her work and leisure time.
