Biography
Thais Dalla Zanna (São Paulo, Brazil, 1979) is an interdisciplinary artist who develops her work by experimenting with different media. Her practice touches on themes such as memory, identity, rites of passage and ephemerality. Her creative process flows between painting, mixed media, installations and video art. Her starting point comes from the need to create a composition with the aim of organizing and re-signifying matter as it appears in her daily life. Bright colors, rough textures, irregular shapes and transparency are recurring aspects in Tahis’ works.
