LAC – Laboratório de Actividades Criativas, produced the WATT? project in the Algarve in 2017, which was promoted by the EDP Foundation. The interventions documented in this film took place in Vila do Bispo, Barão de São João, Mexilhoeira Grande/Figueira, São Bartolomeu de Messines, Alte and Alportel. It was there that the six invited artists – Xana, Jorge Pereira Nothanks, Mariana a Miserável, Menau, Padure, Susana Gaudêncio, and Tiago Batista – conceived and performed a set of 20 urban art interventions.
The documentary follows the preparation and implementation of the installations in the Eastern and Western Algarve by all the people who participated in the Watt project, also involving the participation of people and entities that somehow associated themselves with the project.
