Biography

Filipe Correia was born in March 4th 1985. Since he was 13 years old connected to the music and audio-visual industry, only in 2011 he started working as a videographer, after completing the multimedia course.
In the last 8 years he has been Producer, Director, Director of Photography and/or Editor/Post-producer of several projects, including music videos, institutional videos, documentaries and advertising. Among these, he made and still makes works for some television channels like Sic (Volante), History Channel, or RTP, and had his works broadcasted in channels like RTP or Sic Radical, and also several places on the Internet.

With a strong sensibility, allied to a refined aesthetic notion, he gives enormous importance to technical areas and to establishing unique concepts for each work.
He challenges himself to each project, to make it as unique as possible, in the various stages that each video project has. The fact of having done a little bit of everything in the video area, gave him a great perception of the various tasks that each professional is responsible for and thus understand the limits (or lack thereof). Being a humble and dynamic person, he has always been learning in order to approach various techniques of filming / directing, in an attempt to always innovate.
